
We service all of Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley, Ventura, Antelope Valley, and Northern Orange County and anything in between. A travel fee may be applicable for events located over 10 miles from the artists base location.
We typically only accept 2 hour minimum bookings. Occasionally we accept 1 hour bookings for events under 10 miles from 91331 and if scheduling allows.
We only use professional, high-quality, hypoallergenic, FDA compliant paints and glitters. The paints we use are skin safe and can be easily removed with soap and water or any oil based cleanser. We never use acrylic paint, craft glitter, or costume make up not meant for the skin, which can cause bad skin or allergic reactions.

Please allow 24-48 hours, excluding weekends, to hear back. We will send out the full quote along with the invoice requesting the booking fee (up to 50%) to reserve the date and time. Once the booking fee is received, we will send out a confirmation message with all the details and are all set! The remaining balance is due the day of the event.

In the earliest stages of party planning as possible. We work in a first come, first pay basis. We receive many inquiries per day and cannot guarantee availability for last minute bookings.
Typically, we can paint 10-15 beautiful designs per hour. It depends on how detailed or personalized the designs requested are.
Smaller parties allow us more time on each design to be more detailed. More time can also be booked for larger parties to allow for beautiful detailed designs. Many times a guests will come back for a second or third design, as well.
A combo of services can also be done for smaller parties to fill up the 2 hour minimum booking.

Absolutely! No one is ever "too old" for some fun face paint or glitter. Adults are more than welcome to join the fun.
Unfortunately, for safety reasons we can only paint children over 2 years of age. Babies skin is not developed enough and a lot more sensitive. They are a lot more susceptible to developing long lasting rashes.
Younger children also do not like abnormal sensations and can get too wriggly and uncomfortable. It is better to wait until they are a bit older so we can all have a positive experience!
Yes, we carry liability insurance and are fully insured. We are more than happy to provide a COI, as well as add any additional insureds to our policy.
Depending on the service(s), expect your artist to arrive 10-30 minutes before their start time. This is plenty of time for your artist to get set up and be ready to start on time.
Most of our artist provide our own table and directors chair. Some occasions we do ask for you to provide 2 chairs and a 4 ft table for 1 service, or 6 ft table for 2 services if possible. Unless asked, all we need is a comfortable, covered, well lit 4ftx4ft area to work our magic.
We provide a menu of popular and favorite face painting designs, and glitter tattoo stencils. During holidays we make sure we provide holiday designs, too. We also have no problem going off menu and painting requests on the spot.
If you have a specific theme you would like to stick to in mind, please let us know beforehand. Please note, there might be an extra fee for creating custom designs and stencils we do not usually offer.
Easy! For our water based face paints, BEFORE water, gently rub any soap or face wash over the paints in a circular motion. Once paint is fully covered in soap, rinse with warm water and pat dry. This way will greatly reduce any possible staining. We strongly discourage the use of any baby wipes or make up remover wipes as they can be irritating and increase the chances of staining.
For our waterproof/water resistant paints and glitters, gently rub off the paint with any oil cleanser (coconut oil works great) in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. You may need to let the oil soak into the paints and glitters for a couple minutes before rinsing off for best results.
For our chunky cosmetic glitters, using a credit card, or something similar, in long swiping motions, gently scrape off most of the glitter into a napkin. Any residual will come off easily in a bath with soap and water.
I understand emergencies and unexpected events happen.
Any cancellations or rescheduling within more than a weeks notice, eligible to reschedule for a later date, within 90 days of original date and scheduling allows, no extra charge. If more than 90 days after original date, booking fee and any monies paid is forfeited and new booking must take place.
Cancellations or rescheduling within a weeks notice, original booking fee is forfeited and a new booking fee is needed.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours, booking fee is forfeited and full quote balance is due. A new booking must take place.
Please have back up plans for any inclement weather. Extreme weather and natural disasters may be eligible to reschedule.
If we have to cancel or reschedule, full refund will be done and/or priority rescheduling.
